1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the TesMirror app (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Service Overview

TesMirror is an app that mirrors your Android smartphone screen to the Tesla vehicle’s browser via local network and allows you to control your smartphone using the Tesla touchscreen.

3. Requirements and Data Security

The App requires Android 10 or higher.

Your Tesla vehicle must be connected to the same network as your smartphone via hotspot (tethering) for mirroring to work.

Data Security: All screen and audio data being mirrored is streamed in real-time exclusively within the user’s local network without passing through any external servers. PuppyTigerStudio does not collect, store, or access the user’s screen content.

Required Permissions: The App requires permissions such as screen recording, accessibility service, notifications, foreground service, and battery optimization exemption to function properly. If you do not grant these permissions, mirroring and remote control features may be limited.

4. Accessibility Service Usage

The App uses the Android Accessibility Service to provide remote touch control from the Tesla touchscreen.

The Accessibility Service is used solely for the purpose of executing touch inputs received from the Tesla browser on the smartphone.
No personal information is collected, stored, or transmitted through the Accessibility Service.
You acknowledge that you understand the implications of this permission and grant it at your own discretion.

5. Usage Precautions (Important)

Do not operate while driving: This App is not intended for driver operation while the vehicle is in motion. Always configure the App while the vehicle is parked and focus on driving while on the road.

Comply with local laws: You are responsible for checking and complying with laws regarding in-vehicle screen mirroring in your jurisdiction.

Safety liability disclaimer: PuppyTigerStudio assumes no legal liability for traffic accidents, legal violations, vehicle damage, personal injury, or any other incidents resulting from the use of this App. Use of this App is entirely at the user’s own risk and responsibility.

6. Prohibited Activities

You shall not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App to extract source code
Create derivative works or copy, modify, or redistribute the App without authorization
Use the App for illegal purposes or interfere with other users’ access

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including design, logos, code, and content, belong to PuppyTigerStudio. Unauthorized use without prior written consent may be subject to legal action.

8. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services for service delivery and improvement, each subject to their own terms and policies:

Google AdMob: For advertisements (Google Terms of Service)
Firebase Crashlytics: For error analysis and quality improvement (Firebase Terms of Service)

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided “AS IS” without any warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose or error-free operation.
Vehicle manufacturer policy: This App is not officially supported software by Tesla. Tesla’s software updates, browser policy changes, or hardware specification changes may partially or permanently restrict or discontinue the service. PuppyTigerStudio has no obligation to compensate or restore service in such cases.
PuppyTigerStudio is not liable for issues arising from network conditions, device compatibility, or user negligence.
PuppyTigerStudio is exempt from liability for any direct, indirect, or special damages arising from use of this App.

10. Service Changes

PuppyTigerStudio may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice, as needed for operational purposes.

11. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time in accordance with changes in relevant laws or service operation policies. Updated terms will be posted within the App or on the relevant page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Suwon District Court, Seongnam Branch.
